These objectives have been reached thanks to the courageous choice of the firm to keep the old traditions going, where the grapes are rigorously picked by hand and carried to the cellar for the fermentation process, and where the specialized labour is still considered the most precious art to hand down from one generation to another. Innovation has moved at the same rate, pursued with the use of modern machinery, new techniques of production and constant professional updating, thus consenting to maintain the high standard of the products and the renown that Vignarosa has shown itself capable of earning over the years. As such, from the cellar emerge only the products that can satisfy all palates, even the most refined ones: from sparklings to semi-sparkling wines, from still wines to wine sold from the barrel or by measure, all are rigorously selected by the trained hands of our wine experts.
