Production and sale of rosé sparkling wine Amorino Brut

Up to a short time ago, the category of rosé wines was unjustly underestimated but fortunately experts in the wine sector and consumers are gradually coming to realize that excellent qualitative results can be found also with this type of wine. As far as this objective is concerned, with “Amorino” Vignarosa has hit the mark.

“Amorino” is a Brut rosé sparkling wine obtained from the production of selected red grapes ‘made into white wine’, after which follows the transformation into Spumante with the Charmat method. Thus a rosé wine is obtained with purplish shades and a fine perlage that to the nose evokes aromas of small red fruits such as redcurrants, raspberries and strawberries with floral notes. As well as being an excellent aperitif, the pleasant fresh, dry taste makes it ideal for serving with many different dishes, from seafood to crustaceans, from freshwater fish to white meats and starters in general. It is ready for sale 30 days after bottling. Production and sale of a sweet rosé spumante is being projected.
