Production and sale of "Calliselle" Chardonnay Brut sparkling wine

This Spumante, synonymous with joy and celebration, as well as  being an ideal companion for memorable occasions, arises from the idea of creating something unique and particular.

The “Calliselle” Chardonnay Brut is obtained with the long Charmat method where a long re-fermentation in stainless steel vats goes on for 12/18 months at low temperatures. It makes a refined aperitif, obtained from the production of Chardonnay grapes and sold only after aging in the bottle for several months has taken place, and is at its best when served with oven-cooked main courses based on fish. The perlage is very fine and persistent, accompanying an elegant bouquet enriched with refined aromas that evoke the delicate notes of citrus fruits, flowers and toasted breadcrumbs. An accurate selection of only the best Chardonnay grapes reduces significantly the production and consequent sale to a limited number of bottles.
