Production and sale of Prosecco semi-parkling wine DOC Treviso

One of the most symbolic products of the province of Treviso surely has to be the Prosecco semi-sparkling wine that comes from the production of Glera grapes of a minimum of 85% to which, according to the vintage,  Chardonnay and Verdiso are added. This fortunate combination gives rise to the classic sparkling wine that is lively and full of gaiety.


This wine is produced, as always with the tradition of the producers of semi-sparkling Prosecco, through a process of re-fermentation with the Charmat method, followed by thirty days of aging in the bottle, after which the Prosecco is ready for sale. The freshness and fruity flavour make it perfect for an aperitif or as an accompaniment for light dishes. This, together with the low alcoholic content, results in a versatile wine that has no difficulties on the market thanks to its popularity, and it has become the strong point and pride of our production. Sales abroad are enjoying a phase of continuous growth, which shows that also on an international level, the Prosecco is going from strength to strength.
