An excellent product cultivated with passion and conviction

To produce quality wines, it is not enough to have a reputable history to boast of, and renowned territory. The real transformation for Vignarosa began in around 1970 with the new impetus brought by Attilio Scotton. His school of thought, based on the concept of “small quantities but good quality, or rather, better” was at first implemented on a domestic level but soon came to represent the daily work for a whole family and external collaborators, all in thirty hectares of land at Colle Umberto.

The close everyday contact with the vines and fruits came to create a special understanding between man and nature, to the point of inducing a feeling of all belonging to the same family where each one has his own specific role: man looking after the vineyard from day to day, pruning and harvesting while the vine donates its precious fruits in exchange. Thus the estate grew in terms of quality rather than quantity, by means of rigorous application of the rules and the gradual introduction of new technologies such as the Charmat method, giving rise to the Prosecco and the Chardonnay Calliselle, pride and joy of the Vignarosa cellar.

The quality of Vignarosa lies in the history, the land, in the experience and constant everyday commitment. Red and white wines, semi-sparkling and sparkling wines all draw their prestigious characteristics and their charm from this nature, from this history and from the genuine passion of all those involved in the production.
